Douglas, In a final attempt to help you I will repeat a post I made earlier following a similar comment by yourself. I infer from one of your earlier posts that you are able to download hi-res files o.k. but are reluctant to do so due to the size such files take up on your storage. If that is the case, I would suggest you use a program to convert the files to 16/44.1 FLAC or whatever. There are many such programs, some free. I personally use MediaHuman Audio Converter which is excellent (and available for Windows and MacOS). Given the availability of such programs, I do not think it reasonable to expect posters to also upload standard or low-res files if you are able to download hi-res ones.
Also, I would suggest you use the search function of this site- you may find non hi-res versions of the same recordings (this one was posted as FLAC on 25.01.2020).

One possible cause is the location of the good master tape or a direct copy of them. Each subsequent remastering has been a botch on CD others disagree (https://www.gearslutz.com/board/mastering-forum/468651-sade-cds-should-i-buy.html)

Maybe one day the master tapes can be found. Perhaps find vinyl 1st run and digitise from there.
