Files are MQA, not real high resolution. It's strictly a DRM scheme that requires dedicated hardware and software to decode into anything resembling a high resolution format. Here is more information on the subject:

tl;dr Don't waste your bandwidth on a gimped file format unless you have the hardware to decode the DRM. Files like this should be flagged as DRM limited MQA. They are not high resolution or even lossless.
