For some unknown reason a completely unrelated work made it to this Reger Collection on Spotify and Apple Music (and others?). No. 71 up to and including No. 74 have nothing to do with Reger!

It is not a Suite by Reger, but a Harpsichord Suite by Johann Adam Reincken, played by Simone Stella.

The CD sleeve and the website of Brilliant Classics correctly have the second Piano Trio, Op. 102 (the CD sleeve mentions Op. 10 [sic]) in the place of the Suite (also four parts), played by the Artium Trio, which can be found here: https://www.isrbx.me/3137868785-artium-trio-reger-piano-trio-op-102-2021-hi-res.html.
