Verified with AuCdTect, It's not flac

it's one mpef convert to flac (crappy)
How verify one crapped CD 24 bit, easy:

1) Downsample to 16 bits (With DbPowerAmp Or Adobe Audiotion Or Vu-Player Or Foobar2000 Or etcetcetcet...)

2) Check now your downsampled file in 16 bits (now possible)

3) Result: Alls traks here is false exept track No 4 (100%)
Alls others tracks is MPEG95% type 1 to 3 and 5 to 10

If you're make (build) this avec one TRUE 24 Bits flac, result are: Cdda 100% in alls tracks (or 99% with one track)
