some of the finest music from the 80s is right here in a nice little package. not much filler here. being from the midwest, and indiana indeed, this speaks to the soul.......you can actually relate to the lyrics. and judging from record sales, the rest of the country agrees. plenty of emotional roller-coaster fun. the band takes you to the highest highs to some very sad, lonely lows. mellencamp is a true song crafter , and mike wanchic and larry crane are absolutely underrated guitarists. solid musicianship and wonderful lyrics........this is good stuff, folks.
