The debut release of the British folk band Heron, formed in 1967 in the south of England in the city of Maidenhead. The album was recorded in the open air, among the green British fields, on the banks of the River Thames, far from the urbanized cosmopolitan capitals. Concerned about their experience recording the first single in "Pai Studios", in the summer of 1970, the band members decided to move, with all the equipment for recording the album, to the rural house in Appleford, Berkshire, owned by the parents of vocalist Tony Pok.
