Felix Francisco Nebbia Corbacho, better known as Litto Nebbia (Rosario, Province of Santa Fe, July 21, 1948) is an Argentine singer, musician and composer. He is considered one of the founders of rock in Spanish, particularly Argentine rock. His song "La Balsa" of 1967 (co-authored with Tanguito), performed by his band Los Gatos, unleashed the massive success of rock in Spanish in Argentina and has been considered the best rock song in Argentine history, according to Rolling Stone magazine. and the MTV network. In the late 1970s he founded the independent label Melopea Discos. In 1985 he received a Konex Platinum Award as the best Rock Author / Composer.
