There is no doubt in our minds that the rapidly rising sounds of juke and footwork are likely to play a very important part in the development of future dance music, with a lot of producers trying their hand at the high energy genre specifics. Here we see A.FRUIT show a splash of expertise across her 'Obsession' project, courtesy of Medschool. We begin with this airy flavours of 'Please, Arrive', followed by the precise vocal slices of 'Bright Spot' and gnarly bass growls of 'Music Lasts Forever'. The dungeon themes continue as the title track 'Obsession' rolls out some lethal sublow pressure, before we round up the project with minimalist drum work are evil harmonics of 'Secret Trick'.
