The accordion is a great acoustic instrument, but tends to complicate the life of the musician when going on stage. Indeed, sounding an accordion is not so common, and not as easy as you might think.

Indeed, there is not really "universality" in terms of microphones for accordion, probably due to the fact that the uses can be very different. Does the accordionist play standing or sitting? Would you like to be able to move around while playing?

Other wind instruments generally use microphones known as goosenecks. These specific microphones, equipped with a small clip, are very practical for brass instruments for example but not really adapted to the accordion. The latter does not have a place to "pinch", which means that we very often find ourselves holding the microphone with gaffer, not necessarily very aesthetic.
