Andrew Farstar is unique…Unique voice, unique style, unique artistry. Those who care enough to dig into his works will find his eclectic taste with Andrew singing in Pop, Jazz and Classical genres. He has a distinctive smooth yet versatile voice that can sing from an angelic gentle style to powerful belting vocals and anything in between.

Andrew Farstar is also a multilingual performer who presents fresh perspectives to cover songs that he has released so far. He brings his originality into the songs without losing the essence of the original versions. Some of his takes on Burt Bacharach, Dusty Springfield, The Carpenters and Dionne Warwick have received rave reviews from music journalists.

One thing is for sure, whether he sings covers or his original material it is his distinctive smooth voice that many have fallen in love with.

As a singer, songwriter and producer who is legally blind, Andrew has achieved a lot in a relatively short time. Since his debut in 2016, he has his songs playing on radios around the world, a significant following on streaming platforms and just recently in 2019, he had his biggest success with his song “Chamomile Tea” on Spotify. Around the same time his inspirational song “Day by Day” was playing on American gospel radio reaching almost a million listeners and placed in the top 10 of Top 50 Gospel chart – all quite impressive considering he is unable to interact with his fans on Facebook or Instagram.

2020 will be an exciting year for Andrew Farstar’s listeners as he is planning to release more great music. “I am currently working on my Elton John and Air Supply covers and a French song is on my list as well…” says Andrew.

Andrew lives in Australia and his past experience as a church musician has helped to shape the uniqueness in his artistry. He also says that music really helps him cope with his blindness and lets him see the positive things in life. Farstar also hopes that one day soon he will have the opportunity to perform in his own live shows and connect with his fans in person.
