Hipocentro Ensamble - Falla Inversa (2020)

Hipocentro Ensamble are Darío Bernal (Percussion), Ernesto Cano (winds), Homero González (recording) Paloma Valencia (cello and electronics), Raymundo Macedo (guitar and electronics), Yair López (electronics).

The Ensamble is a transdisciplinary project of art, science and technology, where it is proposed to use seismic data as raw material to generate electroacoustic music compositions, graphic scores, illustration and audiovisual pieces.

The art / science research and production scheme focuses on the rescue of the geological history of the state of Jalisco, Mexico, through the use of geophysical research techniques.
