THE LARKS: DON JULIAN The leader of this great group. A songwriter and vocalist for 12 years. Don Julian is the composer of “THE JERK" and also of nine of the 10 big hits in this LP. During the past few years, Don has coached and organized many vocal-instrumental groups. A few months ago he organized "THE LARKS" and on the group's initial recording session cut his own composition, “The Jerk", and created his first big hit single record.
Don has many hobbies but his favorite hobby is: songwriting. In between his working on sports cars, swimming, roller skating and collecting records, Don studies guitar, composes songs and or- ganizes groups for personal appearances. This young songwriter- producer-singer-guitarist is a busy, young man.
CHARLES MORRISON Also a native of California who became in- terested in a career in music while working as a clerk in a record retail store as a young boy. While attending Manual Arts High School in Los Angeles, where he was a track star, he met Don Julian and joined one of his groups. Charles considers himself a lucky boy— he realized a life-long ambition: to be a member of a HIT VOCAL GROUP.
TED WALTERS The third member of THE LARKS is also the tallest, standing at 64”. Ted is 21 years old and a student at Harbor Col- lege where he enjoys Track and Basketball. ‘Mr. Wizard" as he was called during his high school days has studied singing and con. tinu to study now. His ambition: to be the tallest member of the "most popular group in the world" wes been realized.
