Mert Topel - Dreamcatcher (2020) [Hi-Res]

Born in 1970 in Istanbul, Mert Topel took an interest in keyboard instruments at early age. During his high school years, Mert started to form bands to play his compositions.
While attending the conservatory, he began performing as a touring musician and performed internationally with the stars of the era. Pop star Tarkan was the most significant colleague, spanning fourteen years of that career.
Later in the 2000s Topel progressed into composition. He joined and performed with various jazz, rock and electronic acts. His bands Fenomen, Grizu, Control Voltage Project, Nemrud and Sekans 4 released several albums. In 2017 he released his first solo album Serendipity. He just released his newest solo album Dreamcatcher in 2020.
Aside from his groups, Mert Topel has performed as a studio musician and/or an arranger on albums by such artists as Kenan Vural, Mor ve Otesi, Gulden Goksen, Gur Akad, Baris Bolukbasi, Flort, Kirac, Erhan Akhan, Saygun Arpali, Ayse Ersoy, Melih Guzel, Alper Maral and Cem Ozkan.
Currently Mert Topel continues his solo undertakings and performs on stage with Control Voltage Project.
