Bridget Cunningham is a British conductor, harpsichordist, and musicologist. She was educated at the Royal College of Music, where she became a Junior Fellow for researching historical instruments and training singers. Cunningham has conducted several ensembles, such as the London Early Opera, the Music of the Spheres Ensemble, the Irish Chamber Orchestra, and the amateur Schola Pietatis Antonio Vivaldi for her program, "Vivaldi's Women." A specialist in early music, with a series of recordings of Handel to her credit, Cunningham presents a wide repertoire that extends from Baroque keyboard pieces to 20th century orchestral works. She has performed at St Martin-in-the-Fields, Grosvenor Chapel, St. James's Piccadilly, and St. John's Smith Square. She has given lecture-recitals at art galleries, including "Watteau: The Drawings Exhibition" at the Royal Academy of Arts in London. Cunningham has broadcast performances on Stephansdom (Austria's national radio), SkyArts, RTE, Radio France, and BBC Radio 3 and 4, and she has appeared on BBC television documentaries.
