Pao Fassi y Malevas del Tambor - Arboleda (2021) Hi-Res

The group was born in 2016, after a 20-year journey by its director Paola Fassi, in the formation of percussion groups in the hands of women such as El Buscasón (1999), Tamborelá (2004-2010), and Latiendoamerika ( 2010).
Pao Fassi y Malevas del Tambor constitutes the synthesis of this musical journey, exploring the rhythms and sounds of the drums of America, now adding the magical sound of the marimba. Together with Gisela Trica on congas, Peruvian cajon and legüero bass drum and Rita Resano on flamenco cajon, congas, maracas llaneras, kalimba and accessories, they make up Pao Fassi and Malevas del Tambor.
