Tomate, trio y Cebolla is a group formed by three essentials of Cádiz jazz, such as Javier Galiana, José López and Juan Sainz. They approach their first recording together to a trio (although Galiana and López have recorded numerous albums together in other formations) in which they arrange the themes of the repertoire of the Cuban pianist, singer and composer Bola de Nieve with a daring histriosism moderated by an exquisite taste.
