What happens when you put four semi-nerdy, highly educated, extremely proficient and dedicated musicians of varied backgrounds and from different parts of the world together ? A wonderful, funky, rocky, jazzy, progressive and new blues album, "Wrong Side Of the Blues", happens!

Buddy Blues, the composer of all of the tunes on the CD is an accomplished engineer and commercial pilot, as well as, an outstanding and soulful guitarist and singer. Buddy grew up in Beirut, Lebanon listening to the three kings known as Albert, Freddie, and B.B. He would also listen to as much American and World music that he could absorb. He fuses this together with his unique and high energy approach to the Blues.

The Buddy Blues Band is a collaboration of all the members of the group. Arrangements are developed and played and tweaked on the go, much to the delight of their audiences. The band is constantly pushing the envelope with new and innovative arrangements.

Ward Dumigan, known as WaDu, holds an M.B.A from Syracuse University and is a monster electric and upright bassist. He grasps the blues and infuses it with his love of jazz and fusion. His influences include Jaco Pastorius, John Patitucci, Victor Wooten, and Flea to name a few. His "east coast" feel has found a home in Central Florida.

Glenn (Jammin') Kastrinos who plays drums, is the backbone of the rhythm section in the band. Glenn has a degree in Digital Media with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida. He is a multi- instrumentalist who plays bass, guitar, keyboards, and woodwinds. He has the ability to support and enhance all of the nuances going on with the creativity of the band, and tying everything together with an unmistakable funky groove. Glenn listens to - and plays - everything well ! !

Chris Nordman plays Hammond Organ and Keyboards. Starting at an early age on piano, Chris also plays bass and 'cello. Years of classical training and work as a church and symphony musician, paved a solid road to work with many of Motown's finest, backing and producing shows, and playing with small jazz groups as well as big bands throughout the Midwest. Chris has a Industrial Administration degree from General Motors Institute, but has been in the entertainment and music business his entire career since college. Chris splits his time between Michigan and Florida.

The uniqueness of "Wrong Side Of The Blues" is that the Buddy Blues Band sounds exactly the same "live". The emotion and technical mastery of everyone in the band shines on this album - just like it does in every live performance. This is not your average blues CD. There is no other sound out there like it - it's fresh, edgy, soulful, hip - but not over the top.
