Jack Warnock is a multi-instrumentalist and singer from Maghera, Co. Derry. A nine-year gap bridges Jack’s debut EP and Le Solas Faoithine, which is testament to the development and considered curation inherit in Jack’s work. Recorded and produced by Jack & Dónal O’Connor, Le Solas Faoithine features contributions from Toby Shaer, Archie Churchill-Moss, and Conor Mallon.
Le Solas Faoithine translates to By Dusklight, in English. Throughout lockdown, after endless days spent staring at a screen, Jack would religiously take a walk to watch the light fade in Mid-Ulster. Inspired by his surroundings, he would start into creative work late into the night and it was there that the sketches and ideas for this album were born.
