Mika Akim - Tillsammans (2022) [Hi-Res]

Mika Akim explores the intuitive simplicity of songwriting with influences from classical music, Nordic- and American folk music. Working with free forms and raw, weird and beautifully acoustic sounds, the songs are honest with poetic lyrics, sung in Swedish and English. After many years of longing for this project to happen, it finally started out when Mika found a Viola d’amore outside of Prague during a visit. She started writing simple songs on the theme ‘To my body’ as a healing gift to herself and to everyone that might need it. The debut "Till kroppen" was released the 23rd of October 2020. In 2022 Mika Akim releases her second album "Tillsammans", starting with 3 singles before the album release.
