Labyrinth is a new name on the Croatian jazz scene and they recently released their first album. The band has three members, who have been proving their ability to play with many Croatian music stars for some time. They are Luka Veselinović (bassist), Marko Matošević (drummer) and Dalibor Matošević – Pipo (guitarist). All three are permanent members of Massimo Savić's backing group, and they also collaborated with the Husar sisters, Nina Badrić, Oliver Dragojević, Jacques Houdek, Detour, Connect, Kruno Levačić, Marko Ramljak, Tina Rupčić, Čarli Jurković, Denis Razumović Razza, Bruno Krajcar, Antom Gelo etc. The jazz expression that Labyrinth presents can be placed alongside the world's contemporary jazz performers who rely on the rich heritage of great jazz legends.
The group Labyrinth brings new refreshment to the Croatian jazz scene. The music on their first album radiates youthful energy and zest, although it sounds as mature as the playing of experienced musicians. Namely, young musicians often want to show off all their knowledge on their debut albums, so they fall into the trap of all things considered. Throughout the album, Labirintovci remain on the trail of the same concept, which reveals musicians who know tradition but follow and actively participate in the movements on today's contemporary world jazz scene. They base their statement on attractive own themes, refined arrangements, dynamic performances, togetherness and skillful improvisations, and the joy of musicianship that is felt in every composition.

Of course, besides youths, here are also experienced jazz cats Nestorović, Dedić and Terzić.
