JCI was a California based label who occasionally released recordings through rack jobbers and in conjunction with Warner Special Products. Though the label’s primary focus was on various artist collections, they did distribute several European dance singles and selector comps. Following the release of their Baby Boomer Classics series in the 1980s, JCI returned to the music business in the mid-1990s under the banner of JCI & Associated Labels. their budget-priced compilations.
