Tony Melvil - Anti-Tempête (2023)

With this new album entitled Anti-Tempête, Tony Melvil invites you to gently dive into his poetic writing through ten songs with delicate instrumentation. These songs are structured around a folk guitar and light drums supported by some programming. Between the words and melodies of the singer-songwriter, an intriguing female voice comes to play the spoilsports, while the violin, fetish instrument and trademark of the singer, reminds us of a form of classicism. There is something reassuring about this gentle record when it evokes wide open spaces, nature, paths, the elements and the seasons...
