Hazmat Modine - Bonfire (2023)

Hazmat Modine have been around for a long time. Experienced storytellers and musical virtuosos, they return to Europe this summer with their new album "Bonfire". For the band, the word "bonfire" represents the idea of cleansing, disposal and renewal. The band created Bonfire with a resilient heart and an eye toward the global reckoning we've all just been through.

For most of us, the last three years have led to deep reflection, and for Hazmat Modine, the result has been pure creativity. These songs were written and arranged in long, dark months, in a city as bleak as it is brave. Much of the music was refined and perfected in impromptu pop-up shows in New York's Central Park. This brought the band back to its artistic foundations. It was a time of experimentation, perfection, and rebuilding muscle.
