Zvonimir Radišić Trio - New Horizons (2022) [Hi-Res]

After almost five years of preparation, the original compositions of the young Rijeka musician Zvonimir Radišić saw the light of day on his debut album "New Horizons".
It is a jazz album with seven songs written and arranged by Zvonimir, performed by the Zvonimir Radišić Trio, i.e. Henry Radanović on double bass , Tonči Grabušić on drums and Radišić on guitar . The guests on the album are members of the Vortex Strings string quartet , excellent classical musicians, and thanks to this collaboration, a perfect combination of traditional jazz and classical expression took place on the album, which makes the album original. The first single and music video "New Horizons", like the entire album, was audiovisually recorded in Croatia Records Studio, the sound masters were Mauro Širol and Goran Martinac, who signed the mix and mastering, and together with Zvonimir Radišić also produced the album.
"Talking about my own music is quite difficult, intimate, and actually unnecessary for me. Each of the compositions was created unplanned, like a dash from life, guided by emotions, and with each new performance it evolves and takes on a new cloak, while the essence of those moments is still there. I would let each listener create their own image and, I hope, take them to another place," Zvonimir points out . This lover of music really breathes it and lives it in the full sense of the word. As a nine-year-old, he started playing the guitar and since then it has been an integral part of his life, so he attended music school in parallel with regular school. And although the compositions for this album were created for several years, they were recorded very quickly - in just one day . "I am extremely happy and grateful to the entire team of Croatia Records because we recorded in a top studio with excellent equipment, which can be heard and seen in the final result, that is, in the music and videos that accompany it," says Zvonimir .
