Hazel O'Connor with Clare Hirst and Sarah Fisher - I Give You My Sunshine (2011)

"I Give You My Sunshine" is the second cd from the trio Hazel O'Connor, Clare Hirst and Sarah Fisher. It contains four original songs written by the three of them, "I Give You My Sunshine", "I would Rather (Wonder Woman)", "Cinderella Moment" and "The Very First Hello".

Together with their original take on "Decadent Days", "Feeling Good" and "Rebecca", this cd sees them really coming together as a group and demonstrating a closeness that comes from playing live on their many UK and European dates. The addition of Double Bass, Drums and Percussion allows them the freedom to experiment with many different grooves which is particularly effective on the latin rhythm of the Kirsty MacColl song "In These Shoes".
