LERA ON PRODUCING MUSIC FOR SEGA'S ENDLESS DUNGEON

"Working with Amplitude to create four 'western-tinged-cyber' songs for the new Endless Dungeon video game was unlike any other musical project I've worked on. As always, it's liberating to create music for characters outside of yourself, but the nature of this task was a bit different, as the game includes an avatar in my likeness, singing the songs I've written for the game to strange creatures in a deep space saloon. It was an interesting challenge to write the kind of songs that I would actually sing, but in this context. My hope for this music is that it pays strong homage to the lore and setting of the game but that it will also be relatable for real people on earth. I feel incredibly lucky to have been invited into this beautifully creative world and especially grateful that I was given such artistic license within it. What a unique and fun collaboration!"

Arnaud is a sound engineer and composer for video games, cinema and TV. His works are influenced both by vintage and modern synths and classical orchestras, passing through acoustic and electric harp, his favorite instruments.
