As the treasured son of Jun Hashimoto and Kyohei Tsutsumi, he made his debut in 1970 with the single ``Beautiful Yokohama.'' Over the past 50 years, he has been producing hit songs such as ``Midsummer Happenings'', ``Noah's Ark'', ``Friends'', and ``Midnight Angel Baby'', which are representative of the Showa era.
This new album features Hirayama's memorable songs from the Showa era, sung in a husky and charming "Miki-bushi" style. In addition, a new song "Ai no Taiyo" (Ventures Kayo-like) with lyrics by Hiroyuki Itsuki and music by Koichi Tabo is included.
