Mark is an acoustic Blues Balladeer from Southern England with a difference .…. in that he does it all with one arm!Voted Best Support Artist at the Guildford Music Awards 2010, this Surrey acoustic guitarist & singer/songwriter has been performing at numerous gigs & festivals in South England and internationally in Romania and Kosovo. Last year he played the main stages of Weyfest Music Festival in Surrey & Pewsey Music Festival in Wiltshire.

Writing & performing his own exciting & infectious blues songs and ballads he has had his songs featured in films such as ‘World without Waves’ and broadcast internationally including on the BBC World Service. There is an honesty and naturalness which shine from Mark’s songs and their performance. Mark is sometimes accompanied by local musicians Phil Thorpe on blues harp and Paul Stone on Cajon when it’s time for some serious rockin’ blues as ‘The Mark Nelson Trio’!
