Narin trained as a classical pianist, singer, violinist and organist. She is an Associate of The Royal College of Music and Licentiate of Trinity College London. A composer, arranger and musical director and member of the British Academy of Songwriters, Composers and Authors. She worked as musical supervisor on the film ’The City’ by Alex Edwards, which screened in the Short Film Corner of the Cannes Film Festival in 2009 as well as at BAFTA in 2008. Her work with film includes ‘Aria’ a previous winner of the Palm D’Or at the Cannes Film Festival. Narin worked closely with Director Bill Bryden and actor John Hurt; director Bruce Beresford and actor Liz Hurley. ‘The Threepenny Opera’ with Richard Harris, Julie Walters, Raoul Julia And Julia Migenes. Her compositions have been used in theatre – ‘Skylight’ by David Hare at the Lawrence Batley Theatre, West Yorkshire. Catalogued works for use in film and television. In Recital as piano soloist and as repetiteur with Soloists at The Royal Opera House Covent Garden, English National Opera, Glyndebourne and The Quinville Concert Trust. In Recital for ten years with Raimund Herincx. Accompanist to tenor Robert Tear, Boneventura Bottone and numerous other soloists from many International Opera Houses. Musical direction/accompaniment for Raymond Gubbay Productions.
