While Boogie Fever has its share of boffo disco hits -- Anita Ward's "Ring My Bell," "Get Down Tonight" from KC & the Sunshine Band, and Taste of Honey classic "Boogie Oogie Oogie," are all here with bells on -- it makes room on its dancefloor for lesser-known numbers, too. There's the slightly crazed, funky stomp of Peter Brown's "Do You Wanna Get Funky With Me," the Gibson Brothers' infectious "Nonstop Dance," and that forgotten slice of disco pie, Rokotto's "Boogie on Top." Now, that's a lot of boogying for anybody to handle, which means Boogie Fever is only recommended for the true disco fanatics, or those looking to dig a little deeper for their next retro dance party. Boogie!
