Starting on January 26, 2024, the Venezuelan guitarist Rodrigo Zambrano will release his new album “El Poeta” on different digital platforms, a work in which he creates, in his own words, “a syncretism of purposes, feelings, simplifications of epiphanies and flourishing details of 13 pieces by Ruben Blades.”
As Zambrano explains, “El Poeta” is a musical odyssey that wanders through a diversity of rhythms, scales, improvisations and transitions, which make the work a complete and continuous discourse from the beginning to the end, adapting the arrangements of the orchestra and the voice in a happy and danceable juggling performed entirely by the guitar.
Among the pieces that make up this record production include: Siembra, Dime, Juan Pachanga, Sin tu affection, María Lionza, Ligia Elena, Camaleón, Plastico, Amor y Control,Buscando Guayaba, Desapariciones, El Nacimiento de Ramiro, and Pedro Navaja.
