A Dove Award-winning gospel singer/songwriter, producer, author, and show host, Andrew Greer emerged with his mostly acoustic solo debut, Open Book, in 2009. His many other endeavors have since included the bluegrass-minded Angel Band, instrumental pieces, books in the self-help sector, the Amazon Prime series Dinner Conversations with Mark Lowry and Andrew Greer, and the podcast Bridges with Patsy Clairmont and Andrew Greer. His third song-oriented solo album, Tune My Heart 2: Songs of Goodness & Love, came out in 2021.

Born in Azle, Texas in 1982, Andrew Brooks Greer first moved to Tennessee to attend Belmont University as a teen. He completed a Bachelor of Music in 2004 and found employment at Michael W. Smith's Rocketown Records for several years before embarking on his own recording career. A set of singer/songwriter folk-minded religious songs, his debut album, Open Book, saw release in September 2009.

He next formed Angel Band and released the style-diverse Angel Band: The Hymn Sessions in 2012. An instrumental album under his own name, All Things Bright & Beautiful: Hymns for the Seasons, followed in 2013, as did Angel Band: The Christmas Sessions. In 2014, he produced and curated All Is Calm, All Is Bright: Songs of Christmas for Nashville-based Lucid Artists. It featured two appearances by Greer, including a duet with Sandi Patty, as well as contributions from Cindy Morgan, Montell Jordan, and Ginny Owens, among others. The live album An Angel Band Christmas followed in 2015.

In 2017, Greer launched the Amazon Prime series Dinner Conversations with Mark Lowry and Andrew Greer, whose guests have included likes of Amy Grant, Wynonna Judd, and Kathie Lee Gifford. Credited to Andrew Greer & Friends, the album Tune My Heart: Songs of Rest & Reflection appeared in March of 2020. Later that year, he added podcast host to his credentials with Bridges with Patsy Clairmont and Andrew Greer: Spiritual Connections Through Generational Conversations. Another album, Tune My Heart 2: Songs of Goodness & Love, followed in mid-2021. ~ Marcy Donelson
