Former Housemartins and Beautiful South frontman PAUL HEATON is back with a brand new album 'Acid Country'. Heaton has written 10 classic pop songs with a certain country and soul influence, which, as always, are complex, even meticulous lyrics about experiences old and new, travelogues and home, optimism and pessimism. The album was produced by Heaton and Christian Madden (The Earlies). Sally Ellyson from the U.S. Sings as a guest. Indie folk rock band Hem on the album. ‘Acid Country’ has feedback sounds, pop, soul and of course country.
