Hajda Banda - Hajda! (2023)

Hajda Banda is a Polish-Belarusian supergroup that specializes in performing traditional dances and songs from the regions of Podlasie, western Belarus, and Polesie. The band's debut album is set to be released on February 24.

"We perform folk music from both sides of Belovezhskaya Pushcha, including obereks, polkas, waltzes, and songs. The band's sound is rooted in regional folk instruments such as fiddles, cymbals, frame drums, and three-row harmonies," explains Daria Butskaya, the group's founder.

The band aims to revive and celebrate the rich musical heritage of these culturally significant areas, bringing authentic folk sounds to contemporary audiences.
