Ren X - Rain (2024)

Ren X Join friends with similar musical tastes, Martin Lara, Nelson Delucchi, Franco Delucchi, and Renzo Gellona, to generate a new alternative that incorporates traditional Progressive Rock and Neo-Progressive music, with a balance that evokes 70's hard rock.
Highlighting the presence of analog and modern keyboards in each of the songs, reinforced with guitars that add to their presence. This harmony is not obligated to have a dominant atmosphere, and it is filled with seductive melodies.
The project began to be recorded between
2009-2010 and was resumed in 2012 to end in 2018 with the recording in Rodrigo Taulis studio in Malloco. Marcelo Hidalgo in Santiago mixed and mastered the project, but it took longer than anticipated due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
At the end of the recording, the album will be published by Mylodon Records in 2024.

We were accompanied by family and friends during a long 15-year journey, which was long and gratifying.

Rain is a conceptual album that talks about the lack of water in an apocalyptic world. The main character, Ren, lives in a community where the vital element is just a memory, and it is only seen when it falls in the form of rain.
One day, tired of the false prophets who preached things that did not solve anything, our protagonist has a vision and takes a group of followers to take shelter in some ancient caves to wait for a universal stones storm that hit the earth ... that will bring an end and a new beginning.
