GULVØSS - The Perfect Symphony (2024)

On the second Gulvøss album, Sven Wittmiß presents himself matured in every respect.Whether vocally, in terms of songwriting or production – Gulvøss keep up with the big names. The sound continues to move between pop, rock, wave and some electro, sounding super-melodic, atmospheric and sometimes even suitable for stadiums. If Sven sings songs like "Losing My Empire", "Highs And Lows" or "My Salvation" with a velvety soft timbre, fans of U2, Depeche Mode or the editors will be equally jubilant. The mix of guitars, big drums and lush synth surfaces works very well in combination with the successful songwriting, which attaches importance to catchiness. But the quiet, romantic sounds also fit well into the overall work and ensure that "The Perfect Symphony" is one of the highlights of this edition – if not more.
