For those not familiar with Sharrock's work this album should appeal to those interested in "fusion", rock, and it has funk elements to it. Generally known as a free improvisor, this album won't disappoint - although it is more accessible to some listeners as far as it has some recognizable structures, themes, and melodies. A legendary player, Sonny Sharrock and band does not disappoint.
