Rückblickend, im Spiegel der Geschichte betrachtet, steht der Komponist Viktor Ullmann (1898-1944) stellvertretend für eine Vielzahl von Musikschaffenden, überwiegend jüdischer Herkunft, die in den Vernichtungslagern des nationalsozialistischen Regimes ihr Leben lassen mussten.

Die Pianistin Annika Treutler und der Dirigent Stephan Frucht widmen sich anlässlich des 75. Jahrestages der Befreiung des KZ der Verfemten Musik und dem Komponisten Viktor Ullmann, welcher selber im Konzentrationslager Auschwitz ums Leben kam.
