Whiplash marks the long-awaited return of British alt-rock legends bôa, known for their 1998 hit 'Duvet', whose resurgence on social media was partly responsible for their reunion. This new album features many of the hallmarks which first brought them fame, such as knotty guitars, plaintive vocals, and vulnerable lyrics that reflect on time's effect on relationships.
