Rick Robertson is a talented American musician and songwriter who has created his own creative universe. He has a southern accent and a sense of playfulness in his voice. He is constantly creating and is in demand as a member of the bands of numerous other musicians. His latest album “Carolina Child” was an exploration of crazy ideas and creative anarchy, produced by Dan Molad of Lucius and co-created with a number of Robertson's other collaborators. His upcoming album, Choices and Chains, also features these guests, as well as acclaimed Grammy Award winner Sarah Jarosz and powerful vocalist Sierra Ferrell. Robertson's songs draw inspiration from the fragility of our inner lives and the small moments that surround us. His music is a reincarnation of the excellence of American songwriting.
