Dislocation Dance are a duo from Manchester who are kind of like a Northern English version of Chic making exhubrant and infectious dance-pop with wit and charm. They have existed in one form or another since the early 1980s and Road to Happiness is their sixth album and first in seven years. Tremendous disco and pop that needs another look.
