TINY ISLAND is an intimate, acoustic EP from Michot’s Melody Makers, recorded live by firelight on a small island in Louisiana. Featuring Leyla McCalla and the ambient accompaniment of local frogs and insects, it captures a quieter, more introspective side of the group, known for their high-decibel psychedelic performances. Born from the virtual NOLA Reconnect tour, the project blends Cajun and Haitian Creole traditions in a unique, dreamlike setting.
