Portland-based band Ben Rice & the PDX Hustle will release their new album Fallen Angel on August 30, 2025 — a powerful and heartfelt collection that fuses high-energy Blues, Soul, and rootsy Americana with rich horn arrangements, deep grooves, and touches of Latin rhythm. The album is both a celebration of sound and a tribute to the band’s late drummer, Chandler Bowerman, whose influence runs throughout the recording.

“This recording is very special,” says guitarist and vocalist Ben Rice. “It’s got energy, a lot of heart, and deep soul. It’s the last recordings we got to make with Chandler. That gives it extra special importance and a kind of power that goes deeper than the music.”
