The Citadel - The Foundation Cycle (2024) [Hi-Res]

The Citadel is a young quintet from southern Germany that recreates the retro aesthetic of the 60s and 70s. Their music combines psychedelic and progressive rock with elements of folk and blues, complemented by the sound of an electronic organ and flowing guitar solos. Since their formation in 2022, the band has been actively touring, performing at festivals across the country, and is preparing to release their second album, "Dawns on Mental Highways." Their 2024 debut album, "The Foundation Cycle," has been re-released by Subsound Records, offering listeners unpolished yet melodic and atmospheric music.
