"Drill" is the debut and only studio album by the American alternative/hard rock band Drill, released in 1995. The band was formed in New York City by vocalist Lucia Cifarelli and guitarist Dan Harnett. The album was released on DV8 Records, which was distributed by A&M Records.

One of the album's tracks, "What You Are," gained prominence by being featured on the soundtrack to the 1995 cult film "Empire Records." Despite being part of such a notable project, the band broke up shortly after the album's release due to a label restructuring following the merger of PolyGram and Universal Music Group, which prevented the release of their already recorded second album, "White Elephant."
