"R.F.I." is the debut collaboration between London-based drummer Andy Baxter (Robohands) and LA-based multi-instrumentalist Jack Barone. This EP is a psychedelic journey inspired by the ancient scales of the Middle East. Recorded entirely on analog equipment, it possesses a warm, saturated sound that combines the textures of classic recordings with a modern pulse. The album's compositions form a narrative of transition, moving from a state of stasis to fluid motion and ultimately finding rest.
