Yaelokre - Origins (2025) [Hi-Res]

The Extended Play (EP) Origins by Filipino-Icelandic singer-songwriter Keath Ósk, known as Yaelokre, was released on October 23, 2025, via Atlantic Records. The release serves as a prologue to the mythology of the Yaelokre project, which is set in the fictional world of Meadowlark. The album focuses on unveiling the backstories of the four key characters in the musical ensemble The Lark—Cole, Clémente, Peregrine, and Kingsley—each representing different aspects: nature, wonder, chaos, and other personal lessons the artist learned in childhood. Musically, the release is a blend of folk music with intricate instrumentation and elements that critics compare to the works of Aurora and Sufjan Stevens.
