Orchestra Futura is a unique trio of musicians, assembled by legendary guitarist and songwriter/producer Bill Nelson.

Along with Be Bop Deluxe guitarist Bill Nelson is sax/flute player Theo Travis (Soft Machine/Steven Wilson) and bassist Dave Sturt (Gong/Jade Warrior) The group performed at various 'Nelsonica' conventions between 2006 and 2012 and a few other select performances but this is the first recorded release by the group.

The music is a collection of atmospheric improvisations, hypnotic looped alto flutes, fretless bass grooves, experimental electronic music, and all topped with Bill Nelson's extraordinary guitar playing. Undoubtedly a musically ambitious set, wide ranging, instrumental based and without boundaries.
