Small Town America (Vol. 2) is the debut full-length album by singer-songwriter Peech. (born Harry Hays Lawson), a Park City, Utah native, released on April 3, 2026 via TAMLA Music, a division of Capitol CMG. The record builds on his breakthrough EP Small Town America (Vol. 1) — which surpassed 2.2 million streams and 4 million TikTok views, earning editorial playlist support from CMT, CMA, and the Academy of Country Music.
The twelve-track collection includes four previously unreleased songs and blends modern country with folk storytelling, exploring themes of resilience, grief, and growth through the lens of small-town life and personal hardship. As Peech. himself describes the concept: "Small Town America V2 is a record about enduring the things that shape you — the mistakes you can't take back, the grief you don't outgrow, and the quiet weight of growing up in a town that remembers every version of you."
Tamla Records — Berry Gordy's original label, home to Marvin Gaye, The Temptations, and Stevie Wonder — was recently reactivated under Capitol Music Group and Capitol Christian Music Group, with Peech. among its first new signings. Billboard positioned his sound as stylistically sitting between Jelly Roll and Zach Brown: conversational, melodic, and rooted in contemporary country sensibility. The album is sequenced across two discs: the first revisits and expands upon Vol. 1 material (including the Grace Tyler-assisted "Tell Me (Remix)"), while the second presents largely unreleased songs.
