"Give and Take" is the debut studio album by the British band Here & Now, released in 1978 on Charly Records. The band played psychedelic space rock and progressive rock, heavily influenced by the band Gong, with whom they collaborated extensively.
The album became a symbol of the Free Festival movement in the UK.
The recording captures the atmosphere of the band's improvised concerts in communes and squats.
